RUX VPN - Terms of Use

BY ACCESSING, USING, INSTALLING, OR DOWNLOADING RUX VPN PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THESE TERMS AND AGREE TO BE FULLY BOUND BY THEM. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT ACCESS, INSTALL, DOWNLOAD, OR USE RUX VPN.

1. Agreement and Eligibility

This agreement is concluded between RUX VPN and you, as User of RUX VPN Products. You may only use RUX VPN if you are aged 18 or above and legally authorized to conclude an agreement under your applicable laws.

2. License

RUX VPN grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, and revocable license to use RUX VPN Products solely in accordance with these Terms. You may not sublicense, assign, or transfer this license. You represent and warrant that you will use RUX VPN solely for private, anonymous privacy and security needs in full compliance with all applicable laws.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Sending or receiving unsolicited commercial emails ("spam"), chain letters, or pyramid schemes
Exploiting, possessing, producing, or distributing any illegal content, including CSAM
Uploading or distributing copyrighted content without written consent or a valid license
Forging headers or manipulating email identifiers to mask the origin of content
Interfering with the service of any other user, host, or network
Using the service to engage in DoS/DDoS attacks against any third parties or RUX VPN servers
Accessing systems or databases without written consent from the owner
Abusing simultaneous device connection limits or interfering with RUX VPN's functionality

Simultaneous IP Limit: Premium service is strictly restricted to one (1) concurrent IP address connection per account. Connecting another device while a session is active will automatically terminate the prior connection.

4. Reverse Engineering and Protection

You warrant that you will not, and will not permit any third party to:

Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or extract any portion of RUX VPN applications or routing servers
Change, modify, or otherwise alter RUX VPN applications
Publish, resell, distribute, or sublicense RUX VPN access keys
Use RUX VPN to build a competing product or service

5. On-chain Payments and Non-Refundability

Subscriptions are activated via on-chain crypto payments (e.g., USDT on BSC) directly to our verification ledger. Due to the decentralized, immutable, and irreversible nature of smart contracts, all blockchain payments are completely final and non-refundable. It is your sole responsibility to verify target wallet addresses, gas fees, and network selections before finalizing a transfer.

6. Disclaimer

RUX VPN provides no warranty of the service or the software. RUX VPN IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WE MAKE NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE OPERATION OF RUX VPN WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RUX VPN OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR DATA LOSS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

8. Amendments and Updates

RUX VPN reviews these Terms from time to time. The updated version is always published on our website. Your continued use of the Services following modifications constitutes your acceptance of the changed Terms.

9. Final Provisions

If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Any failure to exercise any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver.
