When using RUX VPN, we have absolutely no knowledge about your online traffic — browsing history, traffic destination, data content, or search preferences are NEVER monitored, recorded, logged, or stored. We also do not store connection logs, meaning no logs tied to your real IP address, connection timestamp, or session duration.

2. What Data Do We Collect?

Our products support fully anonymous use. No registration, email, name, phone number, or password is required. We do not record any Personal Information (PII) during your use of the VPN tunnel.

A. Anonymous Information ("Non-personal Data")

We collect limited non-personal, statistical information solely to maintain connection quality:

• Device model, operating system version, and general system properties
• Preferred language and general locale
• Date and time of connection triggers (aggregated, not bound to IPs)
• Connectivity types (WLAN, Cellular) and mobile service provider names
• Google Advertising ID (for aggregate diagnostics only — resettable anytime)

3. Strict No-Logs Disclosure

Through our strict No-Logs Policy, we guarantee:

• We DO NOT know which user accessed any website, protocol, or internet service
• We DO NOT know which user was connected at any given time or which node IP they used
• We DO NOT store any database of original IP addresses
• Your encrypted tunnel credentials (VLESS-Reality keys) are held in volatile RAM and deleted instantly upon disconnect

4. Blockchain Transactions

Premium features are unlocked via decentralized blockchain payments (USDT on BSC). In this process:

• We store your on-chain transaction hashes (TXIDs) to verify premium duration
• Your TXID is matched solely to your offline-generated 6-character Recovery Code
• Transaction data, wallet addresses, and crypto history are completely isolated from your VPN browsing history

5. Children's Privacy

You must be at least 16 years of age to use our Service. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If we discover such data was collected, we will delete it immediately.

6. GDPR, CCPA & International Compliance

Because RUX VPN does not collect Personal Data, email addresses, names, or real-world identifiers, traditional data requests (Access, Portability, Erasure under GDPR/CCPA) are inherently fulfilled — there is no personal data database to retrieve or delete.

7. Data Retention

We retain TXIDs and anonymous premium duration records as long as needed to provide active subscription services. Once expired, this data remains historically archived to prevent double-claiming, but remains completely decoupled from any user traffic metadata.
